We value the trust of every customer, which is why we act in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine and maintain transparent conditions for returns and exchanges.

Return of goods of proper quality

According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 (dated March 19, 1994) and the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection,” textile products (including bedding, towels, pillows, duvets, blankets, throws, bathrobes, and mattress protectors) are not subject to return or exchange unless they have manufacturing defects or quality issues.

Return of Goods of Unsatisfactory Quality
If you receive an item with a factory defect, or if the size or set does not match your order, we guarantee the possibility of return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

Important: Please inspect your order carefully at the Nova Poshta branch upon receipt. Claims regarding damage or defects can only be accepted at the time of collection. Once the parcel is confirmed as received, returns for such reasons cannot be processed.

If you notice a defect, please take a photo or video and send it to us through any of the contact methods listed on the website.

Return conditions:

• Factory tags are intact
• The product has not been used
• The item retains its original appearance, packaging, and consumer properties

For International Customers

We are delighted to serve customers worldwide and strive to make the process as simple and transparent as possible.

• A return or exchange request can be submitted within 14 days of receiving the parcel in your country.
  
• Return shipping and any applicable customs duties are paid by the customer. Average return shipping time is 1 to 4 weeks.
  
• Once shipped, please provide our manager with the tracking number for reference.
  
• If you wish to cancel, modify, or add to your orderafter it has been shipped, the cost of return and reshipment (if needed) is covered by the customer.
