Delivery within Ukraine
Ми доставляємо замовлення по всій Україні Новою Поштою. Якщо вам зручніше скористатися послугами іншої служби доставки — просто повідомте нам про це в коментарях до замовлення, і ми врахуємо ваше побажання.
Available delivery options via Nova Poshta:
- Delivery to the nearest branch
- Delivery to a parcel locker
- Courier delivery to your address
Вартість доставки розраховується за тарифами Нової Пошти та сплачується замовником.
International Delivery
We ship worldwide, except to Russia and Belarus.
Міжнародна доставка здійснюється службою доставки Нова Пошта. У виключних випадках можлива доставка через Ukrposhta (EMS).
- Нова Пошта 3–7 business days, delivery to a branch, parcel locker, or by courier
- Ukrposhta (EMS) approx. 10–14 business days, delivery to a branch or by courier
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, depending on the destination country.
All customs duties and taxes are paid by the recipient. Once your parcel arrives in your country, the carrier will notify you with the exact amount and payment method. Payment can be made online or upon delivery (depending on local regulations).
